TRAIL TECH QUESTION

ANYONE PUT A TRAIL TECH COMP ON THERE WR 450? I ORDERED ONE FROM THE TT STORE AND IT SAID 98-03 WR'S. I WENT TO PUT IT ON AND THERE IS NO PLACE TO BOLT IT TO THE FRONT BRAKE . DO I HAVE TO DRILL A HOLE AND TAP IT OR AM I JUST COMPLETELY MISSING SOMETHHING HERE?

I used the same unit of my 99 WR400, no problems. And yes you will have to drill a hole and just use a self tapping screw.

I just put one on last night and it fits the same as on the older bikes. It should have come with a paper that shows the exact placement and yes you have to drill an 1/8" hole and the screw will self tap. Photos are on their website
