Try Grill cleaner. I don't have the factory white plastics, but I have white plastics from my One Industries graphics kit and the grill cleaner works like magic.

use laqer thinner. it will get all the dirt outa scrates and everything. i dont have white exept my # plates and it works great on them. after ur dont just use armor all or any plastic wax and polish it back up where u used the laqer thinner cause it does dull it out a lil bit but after its been shined back up it looks better then it did before.

I use soft scrub with bleach, I also wash it as soon as I get home.
