It's an akropovic pipe. It runs about 1000 buckeroonies!


It looks like the akropovic you can buy, but it isn't the same. That particular pipe is custom made for factory Yamaha. Unless your last name is Stewart, Chisholm, Langston, Hill, or Hepler (and now Hamblin), you can't ride with that exact pipe. Same deal with the suspension, custom works suspension straight from KYB.

unfortunatly, it doesn't look like they can wrap their heads around the idea of it all KJ.


I remember i was reading something along the lines of, the factory YZF was up around $200,000US and had about 500 man hours put into it.
Anyone know anything about it??

It would be interesting to see exactly how much the average team pays for their bikes throughout a year
