Don't really ride motocross anymore and need to know how to set up 04 yz450 for trail, woods and minor jumps mainly rythmn section type woops.

I have springs set up for 250 pound rider and is too harsh in the sharp roots and rocks and acceleration out of turns.

Played with the rebound and compression to get as much travel and or absorbtion...but looking for a more plush ride but still be able to go fast with confidense.

Any ideas would be appreciated by both ends

Thanks Bill
