Any other dual sport riders in the Cleveland area?

Also, a few of us are planning to ride at bear creek this saturday. The weather looks crappy, but if you want to join us let me know. Rob is planning to bring his giant trailer so we'll have plenty of room.

Heh, I remember outlaw riding near there long before he made a pay to ride area.
Sometimes we used to just ride down the ridge and pop right onto 77 when it was time to leave.

I'll probably head down. I was going to go for Sunday, but I see that's going to be road only. Might have to see if I can get the 18th off. I'd be in for riding together even if we don't travel down together.

Rob - I had to hacksaw off my rear axle but finally switched over to the knobbies. Let me know if you still want to ride somewhere this Saturday, I'm thinking of possibly heading down to wellsville for the day.

Sorry, most of my historical books & stuff have yet to be unpacked. Don't know much about rails or roadbeds south of I-70. Where does this line run from/to? I'd like to check it out in Google Earth.

It starts in Byesville. The old historic RR just folded this year. It starts in Byesville heading south to Pleasant Valley. It then swings SW to Cumberland, then S to W of Reinersville, and finally S to almost Mill Grove.
The historic RR was in the process of buying and restoring a section at a time. This leads me to believe that it's mostly intact.
Check out bsrw.org for a some information.
EDIT: If you need any more prints like the 2 I gave you to decorate, I just got a bunch more.

Saturday we went to Mines and Medows and it was great. Good tight single track to open ATV trails and is close by for me atleast.

x2
Thanks for coordinating Rob
We had a great ride on Saturday at M&M, spent 3 solid hrs riding single track, technical trails, hill climbs, etc and probably only hit half the trails. Make sure you print out a map if you go, or pay $5 for one there. Definitely worth it.
IMO, best riding area within 2 hrs of NE Ohio.
