I know that the frames are different but is there anything to look out for on a used '06 vs '07? Any other major changes in '07?

The overall package of the 07 is WAY better than an 06. I have an 06 WR and an 08 YZF. My YZF shares the aluminum frame of the 07 WR. I would love to trade up for an aluminum framed WR.

I opted for the 06 when buying new, bigger tank room and more room to work, cheaper too. the 07 is fancy though and I have never ridden one.
