i wish i could afford a 250f. they sound great. arent the rebuilds and valves expensive?

nope but to maintain is more then a 2 stroke that's for sure but if you keep good care of it you can run 4 strokes for along time

not really, motor wise in power maybe, but the linkless suspension holds it back in mx and sx use, for trails it works great though.

depends, for the first year a 125 will need more top ends and clutches, but come the first time you have to put some new valves in the 250f it will be more expensive.

The hole 2 stroke vrs 4 stroke cost argument is flawed.
when it comes down to it, it depends on who is riding, where the bike is being ridden, and what style of ridding.
