I'm bored and I found a bunch of pictures at my house and figured I'd scan them in. The first one is me on my 1st birthday. If you look close, it is a supercross race on the TV.

Here I am at 4 years old posing on my first bike, a Honda Z50 (yeah, I was cool with my jean jacket):

Here I am at age 10 with one of my CR80s:

I bought this 2000 YZ250 from my brother and cleaned it up a bit, also got my first 250F in the background:

I was born into it, my old man has always raced and did some pro races back in the 80's. He still races and is still pretty darn fast for being over 50.

That sucks, glad to hear you are ok and still able to walk and ride. I messed up some internal organs a while ago and that took me out for a bit, it always takes so long to get back up to speed after an injury. I'm actually having surgery in a week to fix the kidney I screwed up.

i wish i would have gotton into dirt biking that young, I think i would be pretty fast if i would have. My whole family is so boring, like their idea of fun on a sat. or sunday afternoon is is working on the farm or watching TV, that life style was just not for me so i decided to explore and i found dirt biking....and i am loving every second...................excet for the massive amount of money you have to put into the high performance race bikes :thumbsdn:

sorey to hear that ncdirtrider, it could have been worse you know...

My kids have been bugging me to get out old photos for awhile. So happened to find a few that I thought I would share. I love old pictures and my kids laughed so hard at my clothes and hair! Gotta love the 70's.

Ok so I am willing to bet that 99% of us riders have done something like this. Wood ramp set up in the alley and "borrowed" the neighbors garbage cans.

And this is my first bike KX 125. Riding in the desert outside of Boise ID. Good memories.
