Made some major upgrades after a lot of trial and error and have finally got this thing solid. Hope this help for anyone who has this on their bike. Total about $24. My original brackets were not strong enough so I used the Smog Can bracket and a couple of metal brackets I found laying around the hardware store. Triple mount is much better. The end caps are plumbing plugs that you can find at Home Depot or Lowes for $6 a piece. The ABS pipe is 11" long to match the length of the exhaust.Posted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImageHope you all like, I sure do!

By the way those silver bracket I used are from threaded U shaped bolts for like leaf spring attachment or whatever.

I think it would match the exhaust even better with a coat of flat black paint. The smog canister bracket is a good addition. It will keep that thing from shifting.

I did this same mod myself, I had to use white PVC since black ABS is not legal for purchase in Texas, availability varies from state to state depending on electrical code, cost was about $30 since I bought a used matching endcap. Mine looks like a dual exhaust system until you take a closer look, I have the nitrous painted shock bottle so this is just another triple take for me, although, I did this mod to hold my tire irons and all the tools together, plus it is kind of a cheap and cool mod I could squeak it in under the girl friend radar, I will have to post pics tomorrow:ride:
