So I've been struggling to get hold of some carb parts to jet the FCR correctly for my elevation.
I have contacted about 25 different suppliers/dealers etc. here in SA and nobody could help me. And importing a $9 part seemed a bit unnecessary. (I was quoted $30 shipping).:bonk:
Anyhow, many months later, a friend of mine is busy doing his doctorate in the US so I contacted Eddie to send the part to my friend who could then bring it to SA when he returns.
Now I am about to accept some contract work in Namibia, so chances are I'll be gone before my friend returns to SA, in which case I would still not have the needle.:banghead:
Now I have no idea how this happened but the needle showed up at my place yesterday, seemingly straight from Eddie. I wasn't aware I had given him my address here in SA, only my friends in the US. All of this was ridiculously cheap.
Nonetheless, I am super impressed with Eddies services :thumbsup:
Now on to the install :banana: :banana:
