How much power does an E make?

I know this has probably been asked loads but I can't find much about it.

Mine is a 2000 E and a I run 98 octane fuel here in the UK.

How much power will it be giving at the crank and at the wheel?

Only modification made is the noisy tail pipe has been replaced with a DEP.

i only discuss at the wheel.

38 to 40hp.
