Any E model owners near Riverside, CA?

Hey, is there an E model owner in the Riverside California area? We need someone to offer their E model to be used by Dave at MRD exhaust to mock up the fitment of the new MRD/SSW exhaust for E model owners.

Please, please, please. He won't hurt your bike, and might even give you a free sticker or something!!! Come on, you know you want to help. Please let us know, post here or PM me for more info!!!!! :thumbsup:

the K / E / S & SM all have different mounts , we need a E model , thanks for trying to help :thumbsup:

K and E are the same.

S and SM are the same.

a K or E will work.

If need be my riding is done for the season. If someone has an S model in Riverside (or close) I can take my E subframe off and send it down.

I also have a E sub frame off and ready to send via UPS, only takes one day to get there? I thought the E/K were the same:lol: anyways PM me if needed I can ship mon-fridays or show up over any weekend with the whole thing let me know if I can help:thumbsup:

Is it easy to swap subframes? I could get my S to Dave.

really ? I jigged the original mrd pipe off what I was told was a K , it had a kick starter , any way I sent a pipe to a guy for his E and he said the mid mount was off , I would like to see an E model anyway just because I havent seen one yet so I can see what might have been the problem

it was probably a S with a kickstart kit installed.

the kickstart bike is kick start only and identical to E except it doesnt have a battery or starter.

Eddie, how do you think we should proceed? Do we want to send an E subframe and use PT's bike, or see if KAW is willing to take his K over?

KAW is going to let me use his K , I actually have the K mount locations on the jig from the first bike I jigged , but I need to make sure everything clears with the added dia. of the SSW spec's before I send out any pipes for the E model , it will be a couple of weeks though

yea , I think the guy that ordered the pipe for the E must have had a S subframe or something so the pipe with the K mount locations didnt work for him , anyway thanks for the info , I just need to double check the fit on the E/K so nobody has any issues :thumbsup:

glad i have not ordered yet. i was going to use the S model pipe on my E model, but would rather have the E model pipe.

now, someone with a stock bore drz needs to buy my yosh rs-3
