Front wheel bouncing?

I have a dual sport CRF. When I'm going around 35 to 40 mph., the front wheel seems to feel out of round. I checked the spokes and their all tight, the rear wheel spokes were loose though. Any suggestions?

did you have it balanced? with the rim lock on it, it's gotta be pretty unbalanced, which you'll notice the most on smoother roads at higher speeds.
