Hey guys this was posted over at Mototalk by a guy called MXTRAINER. Anyway it may be of interest to sum of you id its true so here it is.

==========================================================

This is a REAL post.

Ignore it and you'll be sorry!!!!!!!!!!

If your child is injured on his or her scooter, do not identify the injury as a MX accident unless ABSOULTLY necessary (USE GOOD JUDGEMENT).......If you think the ER doc REALLY needs to know, you have no choice........

This is happining in the So Cal area and might be starting in your area soon!!!!!!

The hospitals in the inland valley are TRACKING mx cycle injuries on children and if THEY feel that the child has sustained TOO MANY injuries, you WILL be recieving a contact from D.P.S.

I don't know how this started, but it is true. I was almost busted a couple of months ago, however, the doctor advised me of what is starting to go on and wrote that the incedent happened on a bicycle instead of a scooter.........

I also know 2 families this has happened to. One of these families had to spend $2500 in legal fees just to keep their kid.

It's weird that I had not posted this before now but i was chatting with a partner of mine about it and I felt it necessary to post it...........

Now you know. Not to mention the insurance company B.S. would be a lot less of a problem.

Just My Thoughts...
