O.K., so I've been warned off the White Bros R4 as far as it increasing power. I'm thinking about the BIG GUN slipon. Has anyone had any experience with one of these. I'm looking for more bottom to mid power without hurting the top. Plus, how loud is it compared to the other aftermarket pipes.

I don't know if this helps you, but I've run the E-Series and the R4. The E gave a stronger mid to high, but not much on the low, the R4 bumped up the low noticeably, without effecting the top end.

I can give you my opinion about my Big Gun in a few days after the ice gets thick enough to do some racing. I think it's a pretty good way to measure the seat of the pants dyno because of the lack of wheel spin.
