What should I pay for this '02 rolling chassis???

Well, it is not so rolling, it is also missing the wheels. I have an '03 so some of the parts (subframe, etc.) wouldn't do me much good, So I thought about selling off some of the parts and keeping some for my '03. What would this chassis be worth (has the gas tank and everything, just no motor, electrics, or wheels. Thanks
