is the oil still going to be carried in the frame on this bike ?

if not, will the engine and trans. oil be seperate , like the honda?

i have also heard there will be more than 1 oil filter like the the ktm.

:)

From what I was able to glean from the Yamaha US and UK sites the motor is still dry sump, will now have a (just one) paper element filter.

Not sure about separate oil, but I’m guessing not.

Check the July issue of Dirt Rider Magazine. They are saying Non-oil reservoir frame wet-sump engine oil system, slimmed down swing arm, increased engine case oil capacity, and some other stuff.
