Im in los angeles..The bike is perfect..but I am going to get a KTM 525 MXC cause I ride in the desert and it runs out of gears..

What's the deal with the registration since it is Canadian? I see you have a green sticker.....how did you swing that?

How do the CRF and the 525 compare. I am thinking about getting something like them and was wondering what you think about them.

I've got an 02 CRF and my buddy has an 03 525mxc. i rode his bike for a while a couple of weekends ago and it was pretty cool. it was like a cadillac in the whoops but a little slower on the throttle response. it just wasn't as zippy of an engine. the electric start was really cool but over all i'd rather a crf with the accessories to make it a desert sled than buying a mxc. another buddy is waiting to pick up his 450sx which I can't wait to ride.

Doesnt Baja Des make the Wide Ratio gears for the CRF?

do you still have the bike? where in l.a. are you? do you still have the stock parts? and lastly... based on one of the other posts... is it indeed green stickered?
