I ordered new side panels from Baja Designs off their website and the shipping for 3-day UPS was quoted as $10. When my credit card was charged, shipping was $30. I called Baja Designs and got to speak to Danielle who credited my account the difference, $20. She said that they were having some problems with their internet orders showing the wrong shipping charges. Too many times places will just ding you for the error. I appreciate Baja Designs going the distance to make their customers (repeat) happy.
