supermoto wheel gearing

I have a 1999 WR400 and will be getting my supermoto wheels with 120 front and 150 rear soon. What rear sproket size should I go with to have a high enough speed to go highway speeds (75 mph). I prefer not to change the front since I will still be changing wheels when I go ride the trails.

with a 14 front and 43 rear i could go 160 km per hour, or about 90 miles
