battery powered fans

Could you rig up 2 small fans, powered by ordinary household batterys like torch batterys, put a fan behind each radiator and mount on/off switch on handle bars
for when you are stationary to help cool the rads probably not mount them on the radiators but slightly off them so you still get flow through rads when fans not being used

Yes, but I think it would probably reduce the airflow through the fins when the bike was moving faster.
