Looking for someone to ride with in NC, fort bragg area. also my bike started knocking after i changed the oil, i used the recommend oil, any thoughts

Probably running too lean on your jetting given the current weather in your area which appears to be NC.

Are you sure you put the drain plug back in? I'm sure you did, but just had to ask.
