2002 YZ426F CDI Unit change

According to manual my 2002 YZ426F should have CDI unit : 5SF-85540-00-00.
I need a replacement one, so I've looked on ebay, and I've found one from an 1998 YZ400F, for which the manual says code is : 5GR-85540-00-00 (5BE-85540-00-00).
Should I buy it? Can I use this one on my 426?
Connectors are the same.
What units from other model/year can I use? Or maybe box from Yamaha ATV?

I'm running a '01 426 cdi on my '99 400 with no problems so I can't see you having any hassles.
