While riding in mexico i blew out a fork seal and alot of oil came out, not sure if there is any oil left. well the next day i had to ride it about 200 miles back to the trucks. could there be any damage to the fork? the other fork was fine. i rode as soft and smooth as i could. but if you have been to mexico there is not alot of smooth suff. im just wondering if there could have been major problems inside or should it be good and just fix the seal?

The '05 is a twin chamber fork, so you lost only the outer oil. I doubt you lost all of it, anyway, so I would just fix it. Do both sides and change the oil in the inner cartridges too.
