At this time I have not gotten a reply from Bryan so I guess selling them on here is a no go. This might be an item I want to stay away from all together as I have other items I sell on my web site that keep me busy.

I like the idea of using wood and hope you post pics when done.

As for thoughts on the Vapor.
I think it’s a great unit for the price. I really just wanted a tach. I’m a sport bike guy and jumping on a single I was unable to hear and estimate what rpm I was at in any gear as the tone is so different. Now I don’t even look at the vapor unless I want to know what time it is or check my speed because I know the area I’m riding thru is know for having speed traps. I might even put the stock unit back on here soon as I don’t use/need the tach display anymore.

Want to sell your Vapor setup if you put the stocker back on?

Don't give up on it yet. They are really busy right now and sometimes there really is a prob with the email (spam filters and such, it has happened before).

Call up the TT store and ask to speak directly with him.

Not sure which Brian it is but one of them is on vacation in Oregon/Washington so it may take a while to get a reply. I'm interested in one also if you decide to sell them and they are a decent price.

Sundog,

Your avatar however is evidently making a political statement. It does not belong here as some I'm sure do not share your views.

Really at this time I'm leaning towards not making them.

It has been brought up a few times, I would like to know what people consider a decent price for this item.

I'm way to cheap to suggest a selling price. Especially without knowing anything about how much material and labor costs to make it. I'll probably end up just having my shop make me some sort of mount(free  )that will work but yours does look very nice.

This is a tech specific forum. So I will not discuss my avatar here, we have Town Square for that.

Those of us who live in America are encouraged to have, maintain and display our political views. They don't even have to be popular. Where you from?

Sorry you are leaning towards not making any of the vapor holders.

I though the design was the badger's nadgers!

LOL, you should see some of the mods avatars....... Sundogs is mild compared to them.

Like most things visual, if you do not like it, do not look.

Do not look at my avatar.......

William. This as you know has nothing to do with a lewd picture. It's a political statement and not appropriate here.

**** for that price I'd by two.

More seriously, I think anything under $100 would be marketable. Though, I wonder about fitment for my bike, an '07 'SM. The ignition switch is mounted to a plate that is also the top of the Renthal FatBar clamp.

No, no, this time will be different than the other 4.32 million ****ing political discussions on the intarweb. This time all the comments with be thoughtful and well-reasoned, people will change their opinions in the face of superior arguments, admit when they are wrong, and eventually a consensus will be achieved.

Then we will all go camping and when the sun goes down the magic forest fairies will come out and make smores for us all.

Ummmmm. Smores....
