Hi
I am just about to take delivery of my new 2008 SM version, and wondered if anyone has fitted "off road" tyres or wheels to the SM model, just for some light green laning in the UK.

Any assistance would be great

Thx

Rep.

I've seen pics of Maxxis knobs on them.

my brother has Kenda K270's on his sm wheels.
I have 18/21 excell/talon wheels on mine.
Wheelingcycle.com has 18/21 wheels for a reasonable cost.
don't forget you will need chain/sprocket too.

You only need a new chain if you're using a sprocket bigger than 45 teeth.

I have DRZ "S" wheels for mine and they fit and work just dandy. I do howevere need to change my chain out due to having 38tooth on SM wheels and 44 and 47 on "S" wheels but easy swap out. Both of my wheels have 310mm rotor for the front and rear is stock SM size for both.:applause:

Hoe all these replies help in some way:thumbsup:
