Hello all,

Could someone please tell me the stock suspension settings for both the forks (compression/rebound) and shock (h_compressions/l_compression/rebound) of a 2006 yzf 450? Your help is greatly appreciated.

You'll find that information beginning on page 3-34 of the manual.

I was aware they are in the manual and I appreciate you telling me what page they are on,.....but I'm lacking a manual.

I did find a place to download the manuals!

Forks (C/R) 11/7
Shock(LC/HC/R) 8/1.5/8

The manual explains that also.

There are two at the top. Low speed compression is a click screw in the center of the adjuster assembly. High speed compression is the blue anodized nut that surrounds the clicker. It is adjusted steplessly from the bottomed out position to about 2 1/3 turns out.

Rebound is visible on the bottom eye of the shock, on the left side, near the connecting link. It's a clicker also.
