I've put together a PDF file containing all of the mods from the old directory, as well as some photos of people's bikes from this site and ADVRider.  I will update the PDF file whenever there's a reasonable amount of information to add.  You can find the directory/catalogue on MediaFire:

http://www.mediafire...75c57f890b17f9e

As before, the directory/catalogue's completeness totally depends on our collective effort.  I would really appreciate you all posting new products in this thread so that I can continue to keep the directory up-to-date.

Thanks, and I hope you continue to find this list useful.

Scottmac, I hope it's alright that I used your bike on the front page.  I think it is a good "model" for some of the popular mods for these bikes.

Edit: Here is a link to the old directory -- http://www.thumperta...ad.php?t=642273

You might have noticed that the maintenance of the front page of the old directory stopped abruptly.  That's because once a post is 10 days old it is locked and can no longer be edited.  I figured that putting together an off-site PDF file with our directory/catalogue info would be a better solution than creating a new thread every 10 days.

You might ask why I've linked to the folder instead of to the actual file.  The reason is that every time I update the file (delete the old one and upload a new one) the filename on the hosting site changes.  As a result, the old link becomes invalid.  This wouldn't be an issue if I could just go back to the original post and update it with the new link but, as mentioned above, you only have 10 days to edit your posts.  So while the filename and link change, the link to the folder containing the file stays the same.  For this reason, it works a lot better if I just link to the folder (the link for which stays the same) rather than to the file (the link for which changes every time I update it).

If anyone knows of a better media/file sharing site for our purposes, please let me know and I'll get the file moved over and the link changed...if it's within the next 10 days, lol.

No problem!  I've been migrating everything over from the old list into a PDF file for the past several weeks, but was kind of taking my time about it.  I had a good chunk of time today, and figured I would finally get it done.

I just spent a half hour trying to open the pdf. file with no luck.  I created a new account and that didn't work.  I'm pretty computer literate but can't figure this one out.  Any ideas?

Forgive me if this has been already posted.  The plastic rear brake disk guard from a 07 WR250F fits the WR250R like a glove.

No worries, Jason.  Another member of this site, LiveSideways, added one to his bike a little while back:

http://www.thumperta...88&postcount=70
http://www.thumperta...97&postcount=77

The product number is listed in the second post.  It is in the pdf, in the "Skid Plates, Disc Guards, Protective Equipment" section.

I know there are still officially no GYT-R parts available for the WR250X/R, but I can tell you for sure that the following items will fit just fine:
GYT-1P607-10-AL = Oil Drain Plug (w/ magnet)
GYT-2S235-01 = Oil Fill Cap
GYT-5XC35-32-AL = 32mm Timing Hole Plug
GYT-2S235-14-AL = 14mm Timing Hole Plug
Maybe add that to the pdf?

They're already in there   I saw your post over on SMJ and put a link to it in the PDF (no part numbers, just the link).  Next edit I'll add the part numbers that you've provided.  Thanks!

I didn't like how long the stock levers were, and they didn't clear the Acerbis Rally pros very well (notice the rub marks on the inside of the guards). So I bought some MSRs made for TTRs. They are about an inch shorter on each side and the rubber grips are a nice touch. Only thing I had to do was bore out the spring hole a tiny bit on the brake lever. For under $20, I think its a great price:reward mod.
