I can start the bike on the first kick when it is cold. After it has become warm and I turn it off I cannot re-start it again until it is cold again.

I only have trouble starting it once it is warm.

Any suggestions on what might be the reasons I am having these starting issues?????

With the weather having warmed up somewhat, you may be too rich at idle. Try running the fuel screw in 1/4 - 1/2 turn to see if that improves things.
