can you change the main and circuit jets with out taking the bowl off?
there seems to be a bolt there can it be taken off?

Yes. The main is easy, the pilot is a little tricky.

I found that by taking off the throttle cable cover and loosening the 2 clamps will allow the carb to be rotated enough to do any of the jetting changes. But the MJ requires nothing but the nut removed.
