Hit a step up, heard a pop. Rear shock bouncy?

I don't know anything about rear shocks but I was told probably the bladder popped because there isn't any fluid leaking. Does anyone know what it takes to fix this, and approximately how much?

Any shock company can help you out, Enzo, RG3, Factory Connection...etc.
