Uncorking a new wr450

Hi: Am I correct in expecting to have to do a bunch of uncorking on a new wr450. Mine is due in first week of January and am getting antsy. Tim

I'm sure we'll have to do the same things to the 450 that we've done with the 426. Muffler plug, airbox baffle and throttle stop. Should be interesting.

I had also seen refrence to changing some wireing. Grey wire or something. Are the dealers helpfull? Or do the buyers just have to figure this out as best they can. Tim

The dealers don't seem to have any information on the bike other than what we can find on Yamaha's website. It's all going to be experimentation by owners.
