I've researched suspension since I got this bike 3 years ago and I still don't know what I'm looking at. I don't have the balls to tear the forks apart myself so I guess I never really will. I'm trying to get a little bit of a game plan together about re-doing some things. DaveJ says to use his oil and KYB springs. With that aside, are there any other things you can swap out and really tell you did anything?

Order a how to video from these folks and watch it a few times then do your forks.
You are way over due for an oil change at the very least.
