I've put up my first round of pictures. Actually, my son was taking them. It was dark under the trees and raining, so some of the action photos came out a little blurry. But some turned out really incredible. I decided to include a slightly different kind of picture in this dump since there are tons of amazing splatters already out there. Here's my favorite.

I also like this one of Dougie taking a little break from the action.

I'll be posting more as I cull them from the mix.

It was freakin' amazing! Now all I want to do is follow the trials circuit. The people are great, the athletes are approachable, the sport is just sane. I loved watching the riders discuss with each other how they were going to approach a particular section. They knew it was all about skill and there was no reason to be secretive.

I printed out an 8 1/2 x 11 today and it turned out great. I think I'm going to find somewhere to print out an 11 x 14 for framing. But seriously, the pic was luck more than anything else. He just happened to get it just right. Send me your email address and I'll send it on. It is about 2MB.

I went to trials event at Duluth MN a couple of years ago and thought these guys where amazing. They climbed rocks as big as a house, the things they can do on a bike. If anybody has an opportunity to go to one of these events I highly recommend you go you`ll have a great time ....
