shave the seat down. if that isn't low enough lower the subframe. I wouldn't mess with the suspension due to handling

The fastest guys I know are those little guys. Just don't put your feet down, if they aren't on the pegs, you're not in control anyway.

How tall are you? If your wanting to touch flat footed good luck. I'm 6' 180lb and I'm not touching completely flat footed but I have my suspension setup stiff. I would just shave your seat and make sure you have your suspension setup correctly for your weight.
