Slop in lower fork legs after wreck.

I have noticed slop in my lower fork legs, at first I thought my headset was loose but after disasembley/ inspection it doesnt apear to be. The seals dont seem to be leaking either, but there is play in the lower fork legs. ?

Once I torqued the forks and headset, the play got alot better. I had also blown out a front wheel bearing, replaced them both. The floating disc was throwing me off, untill I noticed that most of the play was from it. The forks seem to be awsome upon further inspection.
