tubeless tires will save some weight
new lighter exhaust
and Ti bolts and axles will save weight

You can lose a lot of weight with the exhaust, over 2 pounds. Lighter hubs and rims also make a big difference. Titanium axles, carbon fiber, etc. Or if you have a lot of time you can start drilling holes:

I dropped about 15lbs off mine by hitting the gym more often.

Between the gym and my new exhaust, I'm down about 17 lbs. from this time last year........:thumbsup:
