How has this oil held up for you and how often do you change it? Which should i use, the t or the synthetic. Not going to spend a fortune on oil so no hijackers telling me to run this or that. Just replies about Rotella. Thanks.

Rotella is a very good engine oil. Where it falls short is in its ability to retain its viscosity for extended periods in a transmission lube application. The viscosity index improver additives used in this and most other multi grade engine oils intended for the automotive market are not sturdy enough to be used as a gear lube longer than a very few hours, and if Rotella is used in a YZF, it should be changed after each ride day.
