so i just put in some 10-40 and it was a huge pain to get the big cir-clip in so i put it on the bike and its on the stand and it feels light draging but the more to either side it goes the more drag it has is this properly functioning?

i just redid my oil, after putting together should the shaft slowly push out on it's own? i redid a 2nd time pushing the shaft down before putting the circlip on and it still does somewhat.. is that a bad thing? seems to damen in and out just fine, works on the bike moving the bars back and forth, just when i held it in my hand the shaft would push out on it's own a bit..
