Does anyone have experience in changing fork seals and if so is it hard to do?

No, it's not hard. Get a fork seal driver and the manual that came with your bike.

Unless you have to do it more than once a year, pay the guy. :prof:

instead of getting a fork seal driver i used a 50mm pvc pipe that i cut in half to get my seal into place. it isnt very hard but for some parts of the process an extra pair of hands are nice. good luck!

I have rebuilt my forks twice during the past 3 months. Once to replace the seals and once to replace bent tubes.

Just follow the manual carfully and you will be OK. The right tools make the job a lot easier.
