I ran a search and could not find anything. Does anyone know what the torque value is for the 2 small bolts that attach the stabilizer to the handbar clamp? I know the pinch bolt is 6.5 ft.lbs. but that is a smaller bolt than the stablizer mounting bolts...anyone, anyone...
BTW i called scotts and they are closed for the holiday:mad:

If the Scotts damper mounting bolts are M6x1.0 thread then 7 ft-lbs should be fine. I would recommend using some blue medium strength Loctite 242 on the threads.

Had same question. Scotts doesn't specify, but 6-8 Ft/Lb is what they said & work fine for me
