will wrf426 crank and conrod fit my yzf 426?

In 2000 the WR400 and YZ426 crankshaft assy are listed as different P/N in the catalog.
In 2001 and 2002 they show the same P/N in both the WR and YZ, so those should be a direct swap.

I have a 2000 yz426f and i am wondering will a 2001 wr426 crank and rod fit it without any other changes as far as counterbalance shaft and stuff

The crank will fit, but you'll need the '01-'02 balancer drive gear. The later crank uses a spline for that gear, eliminating the problematic square key.
