Praise the yz450

I just have to say, the yz450 is absolutely the best bike i have ever had the pleasure of riding:ride: . Until about 6 weeks ago i was a diehard honda 2 stroker. Yesterday i picked up my 2nd y450 and am loving it.?

LOL. Yep, grayracer. I have now taken two bikes from him.

I used to ride a CR125 and as soon as I got on his 250, I told him to sell the 125, the 250 was mine...lol. He can't complain though, that's how he got the yz450.

Well, he started letting me ride the YZ450 and I liked it so much, I found a great deal on a newer 450 and he got the new one and I took his older one.

All in all, not too bad of a deal, I say ?

My first Yamaha was what they called a 125mx back in the 70s. (Maybe gray remebers those...lol). Then they came out with the 125YZ... damn, what a change that was. Next was my 250YZ still the 70s. In the late 70s I drifted off to CZs and then Maico. Wrenching on those bikes got old fast so by the early 80s I was back on the 465YZ and then the 490YZs. Towards the mid 80s the harley fever hit me and dirt bikes got put on hold for the next 20 years....

Well.... I'm finally back in the dirt on a 08 YZ450F and life couldn't be better!!!............... Long live the YZs!

I do remember them, and the AT-1 that they grew out of.
