So the stock dry weight of the L is 50lbs heavier then an R. Has anyone actually weighed a dieted L? I don't have a scale but I sure pulled alot of unnessicary junk off of mine.

at least its not a KLR

I just bought a plated 600R with passenger peg mount welded up, so... air cooled, no electric start, no big power. Where do I fit in?...

I don't need nor do I want electric start

I'm also too cheap for plunk down the cash for the 650R

I think wheelies are more fun with grunt

I like my big bikes to have comfy seats

This is useless

That does it.....I am not going on any rides with anyone on this group!!!!!!

I was just on a thread about the big ride and someone wants to know if there will be peanutbutter and nudity??? All these pictures are of "L" riders crossing over looking for real men.

your probably right on... I guess that is a picture of a "L" rider :) waiting to see if he can get a ride from a real man who owns the R... probably has the peanut butter in his back pack... :smirk: :ride:

What about those of us that have 1 (at least) of both? :smirk: I am on second L :ride: and first R. :) :ride: And sometimes it as simple as you need a 12 mm box end for some things and a 14mm open end for others! And some times you just can not resist another toy...
