i am goin to change my fork oil but im not sure how much to put in each sleeve. how much?i have a yz 250f and what should i set the top and bottom "clickers" to?thnx

to do the job right, you MUST pull your forks apart and thoroughly flush ALL OF THE OIL out of your cartridges. You can pump your forks for the next 40 years and you will not get the oil out.
You will need to have > 1 litre of fork fluid as replacement.
You will need:
a cartridge rod holding tool, or facsimile there of.
-OR-
an air operated impact wrench w/ proper allen socket for your base valve on the underside of your fork tube.
W/ the impact, you may have to compress your fork slightly to apply a little more tension on the base valve and allow the allen bolt to spin off.
This job is VERY EASY TO DO and you will save hundreds of dollars doing it yourself. Plus, it always nice being a little smarter than your local bike shop!!
