I have an 06 450 and i really like the black clutch cover and ignition cover off the new 08's and i was wondering if they would fit on my 06? Has anyone tried this?

I havent tried, but I hear the paint comes off quick. I believe it'll fit though. I would say to get yours powder coated instead. Should be cheaper, but even that will wear out overtime.

Yes they will fit. The downside to the black is they get looking pretty bad quickly...especially the clutch cover from your boots. all the covers are the same 06-08.

powder coating looks way better its cheaper, lasts longer, and you can get all kinds of other stuff done too match. Check this site out! If u send it in they'll send it back in two days. Http://Moto-x-coatings.page.tl/Yamaha-Pics.htm
