Oil leak out of decompression toggle thingy on '98 yz400f

I have a drip of oil coming out of where the decompression lever thingy goes into the engine block. I cant find the part number for the bushing/ washer plug that needs replacement.
ANy help here?

93102-12224-00 OIL SEAL

Be very gentle when tightening the screw in the side of the cylinder head that holds the decompression assy in place. The threads can be easily stripped.

If so happens this is stripped out (witch in my case it is) what can be done to fix this?

You will need to re-thread the hole using a Heli-Coil.  The original bolt or a replacement must be used, as it has a pin on the nose of the bolt that retains the shaft.
