05 yz 450 jetting?

when bike is running header pipe is getting red! It has an after market pipe on it and I don't think it was jeted properly. It idles high when you let off and stop. It also is poping so pretty sure its too lean. I'm mostly going to be riding around Portland Oregon areas so lets say sea level to 3000 feet at the most. If someone could let me know proper jets, needle position, and fuel screw position it would be awesome!! Appriciate any helpful info thanks

The header will normally do that, although it should take a minute or two.

If you read FAQs, then you know that glowing pipe is a normal thing. How much it pops? Some poping is normal for these bikes. First make sure you don`t have an air link in your exhaust system and then try to adjust your fuel screw right ( see FAQs).
