Is it normal, that after a few days oil leaks back to crankcase and there is nothing on dipstick?

Yes it is. This is true of all dry sump systems except some F1 cars that have actual shutoff valves on the oil feed line. There is a low pressure check valve in your YZ to stop the drain back from occurring very quickly, but the oil eventually leaks through around the pump shaft.

This is also why the manual says that to check the oil level, you must first run the engine for a minute or two before hand. You should also wait 40 seconds after shut dowm before pulling the dipstick to avoid having any bubbles still working their way up the return passage coming up out of the stick hole and making a mess.
