AIS block off alternative

Recommended Posts

Regarding the AIS tube on the front of the cylinder, will it work to block off the AIS by jamming something in the 1/2" rubber tube (like a ball bearing or a chunk of 1/2" aluminum rod). My only concern is that the block off kit uses a hard metal plate. I am not sure if that tube sees high enough pressure to blow the rubber tube off if it is blocked. The rest of the block off devices are just rubber stoppers and I am not worried about those points. I am just wondering about that forward tube/hose deal.

I am basically trying to discreetly block off the AIS.

Thanks

Oh Erick! You should be ashamed of yourself. Breakin the law, Breakin the law.

Guess I'll have to find mine and re-install it. I'd be hella embarrassed if I got denined entry at Hollister.

Yeah, I'm VERY ashamed of myself... :busted::worthy::ride: So much that I'll ground myself and not ride this weekend. :blah: :blah: ?
